1) Start mit Aussage – nicht mit Lebensläufen
Publikumshaken in den ersten 60–90 Sekunden: eine zugespitzte Ausgangsthese („Was, wenn KI im Mittelstand weniger Produktivität als Prioritätenproblem ist?“), gefolgt von einer ersten, pointierten Runde mit 30-Sekunden-Statements. CVs gehören ins Programmheft, nicht auf die Bühne.
2) Besetzung kuratieren – Kontrast schlägt Konsens
Ein starkes Panel lebt von Perspektive + Reibung: Entscheider:in, Praktiker:in, Kritiker:in, Wissenschaft/Verband. Achten Sie auf Diversität (Erfahrung, Background, Geschlecht) und Briefing-Vielfalt: Jede Person bekommt eine Rolle (z. B. „Challenger“, „Use-Case“), dazu zwei Kernfragen und ein No-Go (z. B. Produktpitch).
3) Dramaturgie in drei Akten
- Akt 1 (5–7 Min.): Problem zuspitzen, zentrale Frage klären.

- Akt 3 (5–8 Min.): Handlungsempfehlungen, klare „Next Steps“ in 3 Punkten.
4) Fragen, die Antworten erzwingen
Austauschbare Fragen erzeugen austauschbare Antworten. Nutzen Sie „konkrete Kontexte + Constraints“:
- „Sie haben 250 Mitarbeitende und 400k € Digitalbudget: Welche drei Maßnahmen priorisieren Sie bis Q2?“
- „Welcher Trade-off hat Sie wirklich überrascht – und was würden Sie heute anders machen?“
- „Eine Maßnahme, die morgen Wirkung zeigt (keine Roadmap-Wünsche)?“
5) Timeboxing & Tiefgang – beides geht
Moderation ist Taktgefühl + Taktung. Arbeiten Sie mit sichtbarem Timer (Front-Monitor) und „Päckchen“: Frage → 90 Sek. Antwort → 30 Sek. Gegenfrage → 20 Sek. Ein kurzes Nachbohren („Beispiel? Kennzahl?“) bringt Substanz, ohne den Flow zu brechen.
6) Interaktion smart, nicht inflationär
1 gezielte Publikumsabfrage (Handzeichen, kurze Live-Abstimmung), dann eine kuratierte Audience-Frage in der Mitte oder am Ende eine 5-Minuten-Q&A-Bouquet-Runde. Qualität vor Quantität – Fragen vorher sammeln lassen, damit es keine Monologe von der Mikrofon-Insel gibt.
7) Sprache, die trägt
- Kurze Sätze, verzicht auf Jargon, Begriffe erklären.
- Metaphern sparsam, Zahlen mit Vergleichswert.
- Namen richtig ankündigen, Kernbotschaften wiederholen (max. 3).

8) Technik als Rückgrat – nicht als Hauptdarsteller
Soundcheck mit allen Mikrofonen, Sitzordnung + Sichtachsen testen, Monitoring fürs Panel (Uhr, Stichworte). Slides nur, wenn sie zwingend Wert stiften (z. B. 1 Chart, 1 Zahl, 1 Bild). Plan B für Technik-Hiccups: kurzes Gesprächs-Duo, bis der Beamer wieder da ist.
