1) Den Wandel greifbar machen

Große Projekte schrecken manchmal ab. Besser ist es, kleine, greifbare Meilensteine zu feiern. Ein erfolgreich implementiertes Tool, eine optimierte Prozesskette oder ein zufriedener Kunde, Solche Erfolge motivieren und zeigen, dass Digitalisierung konkrete Wirkung entfaltet.

Warum ich die moderation im mittelstand liebe
Gerade im Mittelstand zeigt sich, wie nah Veränderung am Menschen ist. Hier geht es nicht um abstrakte Strategien, sondern um gelebte Werte, mutige Schritte und die Frage, wie Teams Digitalisierung wirklich miteinander gestalten können.
